• Take videos at low profile like kids, dogs, under table;
• Take videos at high position like car roof, 
• Take videos at the same height as your shoulder but with much better anti-vibration

1. If possible, put one of your hand at the Gravity center of the pole so the video will be more stable than what you wanted;
2. Pretend that you are the camera so you can know in most cases your hand moves much faster than your head;
3. Practice a little before you can use it well.
