Features of CHTR Linear Guideway  

TRH rolling linear guide series adopt the desigh of four column ball recirculation and 45 degree contact angle between raceway and balls which can provide the equal rated load capacity of radial and anti-radial direction, it can be used regardless of all kinds of X,Y,Z axis installaion methods, in addition it can uniform application to preloading in maintaining a low friction resistance condition which can enhance the rigidity of four forced direction, especially suitable for high precision and high load exercise.

1.Interchangeability

For the tightly control of prodcution precision, all the size can be maintained at a stable tolerance range. so the interchage type linear guide can keep the same smoothness, preloading and the precision when the block arbitrarily assemble on the same tupe pf rail, it is very essy to assemble and repair.

The high rigidity of block's section and four column balls with 45 degree contact angle can supply equal rated load capacity of radial and anti=radial direction, and can exert enough pressure to enhance its rigidity,suitable for all kinds of intstallation and application.
