Metallographic Analysis

We testing the casting of metallographic analysis for each pouring number,which can make all of material can meet all of caustomer`s requirement,

Spectrum Testing

Also before metal liquid iron pouring,we will testing the chemical component.All of elements will meet the material requirement weill be pouring.

Physical Testing

We testing the tensile strength and hardness and yield strength for each batch part.Usually we testing the bar and testing from body sampling for special requirement.

A: Generally it is 20-30 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 20-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
