Rotary Table
1. Application
ZP275 rotary table is manufactured by LOOGEAL and mainly used in below areas:
1 rotating drill pipe string during drilling process and salvage procedure.
2 bearing reaction torque from drill string when turbodrilling.
3 holding tube column when drill pipe or bushing is risen to go out.
LOOGEAL ZQ275 is designed, manufactured, checked and accepted by stipulation of API Spec 7K 2003 version standard.

3. Structure
Please refer to diagrammatic sketch of ZP275 rotary table structure.
The rotary table transmit power to sprocket wheel, then drive by a pair of conic toothed gear(me=18;Z1=21;Z2=77), to rotate the rotating platform. The big master bushing (piece 6, refer to diagrammatic sketch 1) and 4.5 bushing (piece 5) can be installed inside the rotating platform to rotate drill pipe string.
Input axis (piece 10) is designed as double pivots structure (refer to diagrammatic sketch 1). Front end adopts 32630 cylindrical roller bearing (piece 8), and back end adopts 3630 double-row radial spherical roller bearings (piece 11). Bearings are screwed down by nuts. Screw thread has looseproof structure.
Output part of the rotating platform is installed in shell (piece 1) by a principal bearing (piece 3) and a hold down bearing (piece 14). Rig floor (piece 4) and shell adopt labyrinth, in case mud goes into the shell. The lower edge of the rotating platform has two scraper blades, which will scrape mud around the labyrinth ring of the shell when rotating platform rotate.
The rotary table has brake device. Pull left (right) control rod (piece 3) can drive the left (right) pawl of piece 2 (refer to diagrammatic sketch 2) to seize up the rotating platform, and make the rig floor be locked.
Square inner side of the rotating platform has been designed two compass grooves, which is used to insert sledge pin when the big master bushing works normally. When arrowhead of slipper (piece 4, refer to diagrammatic sketch 2) points to square surface of the rotating platform, it means the sledge pin of the slipper has already been inserted to the compass groove of the rotating platform. It can prevent the big master bushing falling off the rig floor. When take out the big master bushing, turn the slipper 90°, then the bushing can be lifted. In the same way, the other two slippers of the big master bushing are used to lock sledge pin of medial bushing. The structure is the same as above.
The rotary table can be driven by chain, also it can be driven by cardan shaft. So it should be chosen as drilling rig needed. Please make it clear when place order.
4. Assembling
1 all parts must be qualified products. Wash, clean, and deburr before install.
2 when assembling, adjust thickness of shim between bearing holder of input axis and sitting shoe to make gear backlash range from 0.34 to 0.76 mm.
3 when assembled, gear transmission should be steady, no abnormal noise, brake apparatus operate flexibly and reliably.
4 bearing temperature must not exceed 45 degree celsius, and top temperature must not exceed 80 degree celsius.
5 all seal components can only be installed by hand, must not be rough loaded by metal tools. All seals must not leak.
5. Lubricating
1 please use N320 extreme pressure gear lubricant to lubricate two sumps of shell and input axis in summer, and N220 extreme pressure gear lubricant in winter. Replace every two months.
2 please use ZL-1 lithium base grease to lubricate brake lever and seal ring part.
6 Using and Maintaining
1 maintaining before using
(1) check rein position of brake device, please put it on non braking position before rotary table works.
(2) check slipper and pin that used to fix the big master bushing and bushing of rotating platform. They should turn sufficiently.
(3) check oil liquid level and engine oil situation in shell and input axis sump, and complement lubrication oil.
(4) run idle for 0.5 hour when working temperature is lower than 0°C before it works.
2 maintaining during using period
(1) during using, check oil liquid level height in sump per shift. The oil liquid level should not be lower than the lowest scale on oil dipstick.
(2) grease nipple should be poured into grease per shift.
(3) when rotary table operates, check gear meshing situation and see if abnormal sound exists.
(4) when disassemble or repair the machine, please note especially to guarantee the homogeneity of components and parts of original rotary table. It is not allowed to mix new and old together. Keep regular inspection on tightness of every bottom bolt, and fasten timely if any loose.
7. Package and Transportation
1 after assembling, all naked processing spot of the rotary table should be treated by rust-proof handling.
2 the big master bushing, bushing and other parts should be fixed in the rotary table hole. Bind sprocket wheel key by tape and fix in the key groove of input axis. Bind the input axis end by plastic woven cloth to avoid bruising. Cover the upside of rotary table by plastic cloth against rain leakage.
3 bare shipped.
4 it is prohibited to hoist overall unit by life eye of roof cover.
8. Attached Accessories and Documents
1 accessories: a pair of lifting bail of the big master bushing.
2 documents: certificate, specification, packing list, paper of user opinion.
