OUR SERVICES:
TECHNOLOGY & PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION OF HIGH QUALITY LIQUID OXYGEN /NITROGEN The process comprises of Air separation unit/cold box along with a rectification column with special type of sieve trays in the top and bottom column and two heat exchangers for cooling the incoming air with the outgoing cold oxygen and nitrogen. You will receive LIQUID oxygen purity up to 99.7% and nitrogen from 99.6% to 99.999%.
Technical Specification :
UNIQUE FEATURE: Liquid product in the form of liquid Oxygen and Liquid Nitrogen is available from the plant to store in a liquid oxygen tank supplied along with the plant due to huge demand of LOX. In case of supply of Liquid Oxygen to hospitals for medical grades and also industrial users. This will also serve as a liquid back up storage in case the plant is not operating.

1. Air Compressor: Well known international brand like Atlas Copco –oil free air compressors Sweden ,Supercrepelle French world renown &Kirloskar pneumatic Co. india with special specifications like low compressor ratio and interstage volumetric thermo dynamic efficiency.
2. Air Purification Unit: Made to world standards using very special valves with ball-bearings and stellited seat with zero wear and tear and all the equipments perfectly matched and mounted on a common base with interconnected piping, valves instrumentation etc. Fitted and tested at our factory prior to dispatch.
3.Expansion Engine: Is of cryogenic grade stainless steel parts as per EIGA and matched perfectly to high quality finishing, special precision high quality machined components.
4. Cold Box: Fully cryogenic grade stainless steel parts as per EIGA cold box with German gauges and automatic temperature scanner and fully tested for performance at our factory prior to dispatch.
Note-Do not supply old type copper or local stainless as it will crack at low cryogenic temperatures.
5. Liquid Oxygen Pump: Vacuum insulated cryogenic pump Of stainless steel with three dimensional finishing and perfectly matched and horned and fully tested.
6.Electric Motors: Well known international brand like GEC Alsthom worldwide.
7. Electric Starters: Well known international brand like Telemechanique, France.
