TECHNOLOGY & PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION OF HIGH QUALITY LIQUID OXYGEN /NITROGEN

 

The process comprises of Air separation unit/cold box along with a rectification column with special type of sieve trays in the top and bottom column and two heat exchangers for cooling the incoming air with the outgoing cold oxygen and nitrogen. You will receive LIQUID oxygen purity up to 99.7% and nitrogen from 99.6% to 99.999%.

 

 

 

 

UNIQUE FEATURE:

Liquid product in the form of liquid Oxygen and Liquid Nitrogen is available from the plant to store in a liquid oxygen tank supplied along with the plant due to huge demand of LOX. In case of supply of Liquid Oxygen to hospitals for medical grades and also industrial users. This will also serve as a liquid back up storage in case the plant is not operating.
