1) Common material: Aluminum Alloy (lighter in weight and higher thermal conductivity);

Senior Cast Iron (heavier in weight, greater strength and resistance to wear); Heat-resisting

Steel, Hypereutectic Al-Si Alloy, Hypoeutectic Al-Si Alloy, Eutectic Al-Si Alloy, Multi-Cast Iron

and Ductile-Cast Iron etc.

2) Produce process: Casting, Forging, Melted Metal Squeezing.

3) Piston features: Phosphating, Top Oxidization, Top Molybdenium Disulfide, Sn(tin)Plated

on Skirt, Graphite on Skirt, Alfin, Double Alfin, None Alfin, Steel Pieces, Drilling, Oil-cooling

Channel, Three or Four Ring Grooves, Ceramic Spraying and Hard Iron Plating, etc.

4) Treatment: Sn Plated, Skirt Printing Graphite, Phosphating, Spray MoS2, Top Anodic
