FR is a composite material, it is made of Steel/stainless steel/bronze wire mesh as frame and cover the mixture of PTFE and other anti-wear material by special sintering.

1.Suitable for non-lubricating application.
2.Low coefficient of friction,good load carrying capacity and wear resistance

This is of low friction and low wear,and in is rather soft and is to be applie readily by inserting between the two rubbing metal surfaces, and can fulfil the ideal aim of no noice,no lubricating,no maintenance and no pollution.
