HFL series hydraulic cylinders are widely used in forker lifter and other heavy lifting machines. It is usually double acting, with simple structure and suitable design. It is one of our most advantage hydraulic cylinders, sell a lot in worldwide market, and get good feedback. We also do OEM for some big forker lifter manufacturers.

We have normal series in production, but if you have special requirements, our experienced engineers also can make special design for you. After you approved, then we will start formal production.

Fetures:

1.  The normal bore size is from 40mm to 500mm, double acting, simple structure, assembly and repair. 

2.   Sealing system. Using Parker seals from USA and NOK seals from Japan, as well as our own special sealing system 

     design, to prevent dust and reduce oil leakage, then get the best piston rod oil film.

3.   Cylinder body. The inner surface of cylinder body is made according to appropriate intensity and dimension, enjoying

      excellent roughness and rigidity and better wearing capacity after roll finishing.

4.   Piston rod. High frequency quenching followed by nickel chrome plating, to improve rust proofing, wearing and scar

      resisting performance.

5.   Safety and buffer function. The valves with slow return stroke, counting balance and emergency close,etc, can be

      installed easily. The core can absore the impact of buffer device at the end of stroke.
