Ball Crusher:

Ball crusher is a key equipment to regrind the crushed material. It is widely used in the cement, silicate, new building materials, fireproof materials, chemical fertilizer, ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and glass-ceramic industries. It can dryly grind and wetly grind all kinds of ores and other materials with grindability. According to the different methods of discharging, there are two series of Ball Mill: trellis pattern and overflow pattern.

Ball Crusher Working Principle:
There is stair liner plate or ripple liner plate and different sizes of balls in the chamber. When the materials get into the chamber, in order to prevent the difficulty of launching, the auxiliary engine should be launched. This process is known as jilt grinding. Well the balls in the chamber will be put up by the centrifugal force of the drum's rotating.  After the equal distribution of the materials over the chamber, they will get trumped and grinded by the falling balls from certain height. Then, the grinded materials pass the discharge device.

(1) Quill shaft is made of steel-casting. The liner is replaceable.
