  Product Description in Detail

Detailed introduction to misting system:

To drop the temperature,the misting systems is one of the highly versatile products with low cost and low consumption in power for environmental control. The principle is using high-pressure plunger pump to make a high current of 10-micron fog droplets through the Fog Nozzle. The diameter of the water droplet is around 0.01mm. Such tiny droplet will evaporate quickly within the range. Using an electrical fan will make the air fresh and drop 5 -10 in temperatures. One Fog Cooling Fan can affect an area of around 30M Square during performance. The dust can be suppressed form 10-1000 microns with the odor and dust control.

Misting system Installation Instructions

1. 1. connect the filter to the water tap,and then connect the misting system assembly to the filter.
2. 2. Turn on the water tap to wash the system for 1 minute to purge the system and remove any impurities.
3. 3. Screw the misting nozzles to the Tee fittings, except the last one on the end plug.
4. 4. Turn on the water tap to wash the system for 2 minute to insure that system is fully purged.
5. 5. Turn the watet off and install the last nozzle into the fitting with the end plug.
6. 6. Fix the misting line by the saddle clamps provided.
7. 7. Turn on the tap slightly until jets are working, enjoy the cooling misting system.
8. 8. Periodically remove the misting nozzles, and follow steps 2-5 to clean out the misting system.
9. 9. Replace the filter as necessary.
