 1. How to Order?

 Normally the customer can order our products by Alibaba platform or contact HAIGINT representative by Email. After receiving your message, our sales will confirm with you about the specification or other required things, then HAIGINT will send an official invoice to you via mail, which will include the details of your order and bank information named  HAIGINT with a stamp and signed by manager. 

 2. How to Pay?We accept the payment via ESCROW, T/T (bank transfer) and Western Union, even Paypal or Credit card. Please inquire us about the details in advance.

3. How to Deliver?After paying, you will know a delivery time from our official invoice, the package will be sent or delivered within schemed time. HAIGINT often arrange the delivery via DHL, UPS, China Post or EMS. DHL international express is our preferred method.

 4. How to track the order?After delivered, we will enter a tracking number on Alibaba platform; you will find and track the status of your package, or send a tracking number to your mailbox, you can track it directly at the related web or contact us, we are delighted to help check it for you .

5. How to return?Acceptable to the returns when you receive the products because of the following reasons.

 1. Product was damaged, lost or missed

 2. Different specification from required one.

Before ordering, please select a suitable product for yourself. As you know, all of us don't expect the return. If your return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will cover the cost of return shipping.  Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping for returns not due to our error. 

 6. Do you have a quality guarantee or warranty?Yes, all our products are covered by a 12-month warranty below ordinary environment.

 We choose products to sell based on their excellent designs and proven hardware reliability. So the quality is guaranteed.

 If you have any difficulties whatsoever with the products, or you are dissatisfied for whatever reason, you can contact us and we will solve the issue in an open, honest and responsible way.

  7.How about the sample charge?

 1.sample charge: according to your design,sampling time :3-6days

 2.sample charge:free for existing samples.sampling time:1 day
