 Q1: what are we doing before products shipping out?

Re.:  1. 100% Inspecting for  products , final check for the packing, notice customer. 

         2. Giving  customer the chain information, like the material certification, inspect reports, testing results.etc.

         3. Providing the packing detail, including the customs documents, products putting pictures, container chaining. etc.

 Q2: what  we will do after customer receive the bad products?

Re:  1. For shipping problems: check with forwarder why it happened, and take responsibilty if our packing is wrong. 

        2. If the sample is approved, and problems happened in main production. We first to find out the reason, and then come out the best solution for customers. Like giving some discount, take charge for the air shipping cost, etc. 

        3. We will have " quality feedbacks" in factory, and give a lesson to workers, and insure this problem will not be happen next time. 

 Q3: Any favor for VIP customer or old customer? 

Re: 1. Giving some discounts for normal products

       2. Providing better and quick services , every quotation or question reply on 8 hours.
