A. All parts have half a year or One-Year Warranty. International orders come with half a year or One-Year Warranty on all HOLDWELL parts. If a part is defective HOLDWELL will either replace or repair that part, as long as it is within the warranty period and proof of purchase is available. Improper use or installation is not a manufacturer's defect.

Q. Is it possible to return a part if I do not want it?
A. You may return a part as long as it is less than 15 days from the date of purchase for unused and uninstalled products. An original HOLDWELL invoice is required.

Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. HOLDWELL ships from distribution centers but not all parts are available in warehouse. FEDEX and DHL shipping may take 1-5 business days, depending on what items are ordered. Both shipping options do not include Sunday delivery.
