The normal road condition, normal use,

if tire with terrible quality problem within three months . Customer should take details about the tire by photo when there is an accident ,then send there photos back to factory as well as the serial number on the sidewall .Our technicians and engineers will check then by strict process. If it is not confirm by pictures. Our factory will send engineers to customer local to check. Customer would also check the accident tire through the third party institution (Such as the national quality inspection center in customer’s country ). The final conclusions should between after consultation between the parties .When we finally confirm that the accident is caused by tire quality problem ,Our factory should compensate within one month as below:

   First: should send to customer new tire compensate the terrible quality tire

   Second : should pay the terrible quality tire purchase price to customer
