1) sample fee:The sample fee just the cost price , the sample fee is refundable if you place a big order later

We:  We are a trading company based on our own factory and specialized in Precision Injection Plastic Molding and mould designing, making in Jiangsu province, China.

We:  It depends on the order quantity and the products you need. We suggest that you give inquiry one month before the date you would like to get the products.

3. Customer :  When can I get the feedback after sending inquiry?

We:  Please give us your E-mail address or call us if you are very urgent. We will reply the inquiry quickly within 24 hours

4. Customer :  How can I get a sample to check your quality?

We:  It depends on what kinds of products. We provide our existing sample to you, the shipping cost need to paid by you. After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality, but sample cost need to paid by you. The sample cost can be refundable if your order quantity reach our request.
