A:As usual,within 30 days after received deposit,but it is also depended on quantity.

A:Yes,we have 100% test  before delivery.

Q3:Can u produce according to the samples?

A:Yes,we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q4:Can you give me some discount?

A:We are manufacturer ,our policy is that bigger quantity,cheaper price.So we will give you the discount according to your order quantity.

Q5:How to solve the quality problems after sales?
a.Take photos of the problems and send to us.
b. Take videos of the problems and send to us.
c.Send back the problem goods, or we will sent our representitive for inspection. When we confirmed it's our problem, after communication with customers, we will  returnthe amount of problem goods, or cut this amount in next order, and make new production  and sent immediately, or sent together  with next order according to customers' requirement.
