Step 2: We shall offer more details to each customer for reference, for example, the dimension, performance, price. 

In-sale service:
Step 1: Once get the order and receive the payment ,  we shall place it to our factory.

Step 2: In the process, we will track the progress and quality, check the exact model and quantity one by one before shipment.

Step 3: We’ve cooperated with our forwarders for over 8 years so that we can get best price for our customer.

After-sale service:
After-sale service is important as well. So we need to follow the shipment progress and keep in touch with our customer closely.

 A1: Usually, our MOQ is 10 pieces.

 Q2: How about the lead time?

 A2: If not customized ones or valves in stock, it will take around 15 days; For OEM valves, it would take nearly a month.

 Q3: Which payment terms would you accept?

 A3:  Paypal, Western Union, T/T, D/P etc.
