PVC Demister Pad

Characteristics of PVC demister pad  PVC has flame retardancy (flame retardant is more than 40), high chemical resistance (resistance to concentrated hydrochloric acid at a concentration of 90% , sulfuric acid at a concentration of 60% nitric acid and the concentration of 20% sodium hydroxide), strong mechanical strength and the advantages of good electrical insulating properties. But poor heat resistance, it has a softening point of 80 and begins to decompose at 130°C discolored and precipitate HCI. Having stable chemical and physical properties and it is not soluble in water, alcohol, gasoline, gas, vapor, and low water vapor leakage resistance; stable chemical resistance, but can be dissolved in ether, ketones, chlorinated aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons and other organic solvents.  In realistic applications add stabilizers to enhance the stability to heat and light.
