                                                            Plain Lock Weave

This weave is woven with one crimp per mesh. Available in high tensile mild steel and stainless steel. Wires are 

interwoven in a simple and economical fashion. It is applicable to a wide range of specifications and is used in a large

array of appliances.

                                                                Lock Crimp

The lock crimp is different to a plain weave and is characterised by the crease where the metal wires intersect. This 

locks' them together, maintaining the structure of the weave over a longer time period.

 

                                                         Double Crimp Mesh

The double crimp style is evenly crimped in warp and weft, providing a rigid construction. The wires are under crimped 

and sprung together thus giving a tight mesh. This is used mainly with lighter wires to ensure tension in a light screen. 

Available in high tensile mild steel and stainless steel.
