Joint bearing is a special structure of the sliding bearing. Simpler structure than the sliding bearing,  mainly with an inner and outer sphere within a sphere of outer form, so it can withstand greater load. According to its different types and structures, can bear radial load, axial to load or radial, axial joint load simultaneously. Joint bearings are generally used for lower swing speed of movement (that is, angular motion), as sliding surface for the spherical shape, can also be tilted at an angle within the movement (that is,aligning movement). when the supporting shaft and axle shell holes degree is large, it can still work properly. 

Joint bearing is a special structure of sliding bearing. It has the advantages of simple structure than

 the rolling bearing, which is mainly composed of an outer spherical surface of the inner ring and the 

outer ring has an inner spherical form, able to withstand greater load, according to the different type 

and structure, can bear radial load, axial load and radial, axial and the existence of joint load.

This kind of product main consists of one innar ring with outer sphere and one oufer ring with inner sphere, which can bear greater load. According to their different types and structure, they can bear radial load, axial load or joint load. Spherical plain bearings are mainly used for slower swing movement(that is, angular movement). Due to spherical shape of sliding surface, they can also be used for tilted movement in certain range(that is, aligning movement). When there is Ljraatar non-concentricity between supporting axte and casing hole, these products can still work.

Joint bearing can bear larger load. According to their different types and structure, 

can bear radial load, axial load and radial, axial and the existence of joint load. Because 

of the inner ring of the outer spherical surface with composite material, so the bearing in 

the workplace can generate self lubrication. Commonly used for low speed of swinging 

movement, and the low speed rotation, also can be in a certain angle range for tilting 

movement, when the supporting shaft and the shaft hole of the shell are not concentric 

degree bigger when, can still work normally. Joint self-lubricating bearings used in water

conservancy, specialized machinery etc..

1. To the heart joint bearings

(1) GE... E model sheet, no lubrication oil every outer ring. Can bear radial load and any direction of smaller axial load.

(2) GE... ES type single-slit invading.this, lubrication oil groove. Can bear radial load and any direction of smaller axial load.

(3) GE... ES - 2RS type single-slit invading.this, lubrication oil groove, with seals at both. Can bear radial load and any direction of smaller axial load.

(4) GEEW... ES - 2RS type single-slit invading.this, lubrication oil groove, with seals at both. Can bear radial load and any direction of smaller axial load.

(5) GE... ESN type

Single slit outer ring, have lubrication oil groove, outer ring have check dynamic slots. Can bear radial load and any direction of smaller axial load. But the axial load by stop ring inherit, its axial load capacity reduction.

(6) GE... XSN type

A double-slit outer profile especially circle (), there is lubrication oil groove, outer ring have check dynamic slots. Can bear radial load and any direction of smaller axial load. But the axial load by stop ring inherit, its axial load capacity reduction.

(7) GE... HS type lubrication oil groove, inner ring has double half invading.this, after wearing clearance can be adjusted. Can bear radial load and any direction of smaller axial load.

(8) GE... DE1 type

Inner ring for hardened bearing steel, outer ring for bearing steel. Inner circle assembling extrusion, lubricating oil and oil hole. Inner diameter less than 15mm bearings, no lubrication oil and oil hole. Can bear radial load and any direction of smaller axial load.

(9) GE... DEM1 type

Inner ring for hardened bearing steel, outer ring for bearing steel. Inner circle assembling extrusion, bearing load bearing outer ring pressed, after the end ditch makes bearing axial fixation. Can bear radial load and any direction of smaller axial load.

(10) GE... DS type

Outer ring have assemble slots and lubricating slots. Limited to large size bearings. Can bear radial load and any direction of smaller axial load (assembly slot side can not bear the axial load).

2. Angular contact joint bearings

GAC... S-type inside and outside circle were hardened bearing steel, outer ring have tanks and oil hole. Can bear radial load and a direction (joint) axial load.

3. Thrust joint bearings

GX... S-type shaft lap and seat ring are hardening bearing steel, Seat ring have tanks and oil hole. Can bear a direction of axial load or combined load (right now the radial load value nor larger axial load value of 0.5 times).

4. Fixed-end joint bearings

(1) SI... E type is GE... E type bearings and pole terminal assembly body. With female threaded rod ends, materials for carbon steels, No lubrication oil groove. Can bear radial load and any direction less or equal 0.2 times radial load of the axial load.

(2) SA... E type is GE... E type bearings and pole terminal assembly body. Fixed-end out-of-band thread, materials for carbon steels, No lubrication oil groove, can bear radial load and any direction less or equal 0.2 times radial load of the axial load.

(3) SI... ES type is GE... ES type bearings and pole terminal assembly body. With female threaded rod ends, materials for carbon steels, Have lubrication oil groove. Can bear radial load and any direction less or equal 0.2 times radial load of the axial load.

(4) SA... ES type is GE... ES type bearings and pole terminal assembly body. Fixed-end out-of-band thread, materials for carbon steels, Have lubrication oil groove. Can bear radial load and any direction less or equal 0.2 times radial load of the axial load.

(5) SIB... S-type with female threaded rod ends, materials for carbon steels, Inner ring for hardened bearing steel, Have lubrication oil groove. Can bear radial load and any direction less or equal 0.2 times radial load of the axial load.
