1.Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Cylindrical roller bearings use rollers for rolling elements, and therefore has a high load capacity. The rollers are guided by ribs on either the inner or outer ring, therefore these bearings are also suitable for high speed applications. The inner and outer rings can be separated to facilitate assembly, and both can be fit with shaft or housing tightly. If there is no ribs, either the inner or the outer ring can move freely in the axial direction. Cylindrical roller bearings are therefore ideal to be used as so-called "free side bearings" that absorb shaft expansion.

 

2.Types Of Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Single row cylindrical roller bearings

Single row cylindrical roller bearings are separable bearings. The rollers are guided by the two ribs of bearing rings. The bearings with cage are units comprising solid inner and outer ring together with cylindrical roller and cage assemblies. Therefore, these bearings are easy to be mounted and dismounted, especially where the load conditions are such that interference fits a

Double row cylindrical roller bearings

Double row cylindrical bearings can withstand greater radial load than single tow cylindrical bearings. The bearings have compact structures, high stiffness, high loading capacity and little deformation. These bearings don’t limit axial displacement of shafts or housings, so they are used as nonlocating bearings

 

four-row Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Four-row cylindrical roller bearings are the one of the main bearings for rolling mills,they have compact structure,higher stiffness and radial load carrying capacity,but not capable of carrying axial load. The machined solid brass cages and pin-type cages are used for cylindrecal roller bearings.As there aren’t ribs on the inner ring, the inner and outer components can be installed respectively (with a full set of rollers and cage), the cleaning, inspection and disassembly of the bearings are all convenient.

4.Features:
