We import natural rubber and synthetic rubber, process them in Free Trade Zone and then supply to our contracted tyre factories. There's preferential policy in Free Trade Zone. On one hand, rubber and other materials can be imported and stored without import duty. On the other hand, tyre factories can immediately apply for refunding taxes on exported goods while they are delivering tyres to Free Trade Zone. Thus this makes tyre factories greatly save all the operation cost and accelerate cash flow, so our price is much lower than other tyre factories and traders.
We regularly place big plans and orders with the factories every month, and then they deliver the tyres to Free Trade Zone. So we always keep reasonable and large quantity stock in our warehouse which enables us to deliver the products more timely and efficient than any other factories and traders.
