AAC block production line

Introduction:

We are professional supplier of complete line of AAC (autoclaved aerated concrete) plant with capacity from 20,000 to 300,000 m3 per year. We design and manufacture high quality equipment as per clients’ requirement. We also provide services of plant design, equipment installation, technical instruction, personal training etc.

 

AAC block production line:

First of all, close and match stored raw materials and feed them into pouring mixer, after evenly mixing they are poured in the mould. Pre-curing under a certain temperature for a period of time, the blank shall have certain of hardness. The mould and the blank shall be then hanged to the cutting machine to fulfill cutting stage. The cut blank and the bottom are hanged by the semi-product hanger to the hardening car. Then they enter into autoclave and hardened under high temperature. After that, end product leaves the autoclave and is hanged by the end product hanger to be stacked or loaded and packed.

 

 

 

 

 

AAC block production line main equipment:

 

The ingredient building is equipped with raw material storage tank, mixer, gangue, etc. These equipments are used to mix the raw material and then put them in the casting machine to cast.

 

 

 

 

 

The combination of mould frame and bottom (or side plate) can fill the slurry. After setting, curing, foaming, it can be solidified into the blank, at the same time the bottom (or side plate) carry the blank to the cutting machine and cut it.

 

 

 

 

 

Cutting machine is the main equipment of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) production line; it’s the necessary equipment to improve production capacity and quality.

  

 

 

 

 

After cutting process, the blank together with hardening car enter into the autoclave. Autoclave is the pressure vessel and key equipment in the production of AAC brick. It is applicable for curing the cut body or brick under high temperature and high pressure. The working medium is saturated water vapor.

 

 

 

 

 

We get end product after blank leave the autoclave.
