The Features of Autoclaved Brick

 

1. What is autoclaved brick: autoclaved brick is made by raw materials e.g. fly ash, the end of the ore, sand etc. which is rich in silicon dioxide under the high pressure formed and cured with lime (or gypsum, calcium carbide mud) and water, it is the good performance and economic modern wall materials.
2. Economical Efficiency: The raw material of autoclaved brick is cheap, and the investment in land, power, and heat consumption is lower than other wall materials, so it is very economical and cost saving.
3. Dry wall effect. The two way pressure of the autoclave mould bricks guarantee the products size precise and regularity of uniform appearance, thus making it widely used in dry wall construction.
4. High compressive Strength, the two way pressure guarantee that the autoclave brick high compressive strength, so that it can be extensive used in multi storey buildings as the load bearing masonry materials.
5. Many varieties, the mold changing easily, can produced as many as a dozen types of specifications of solid bricks, blind hole bricks, hollow blocks, tongue groove block, paviour brick etc.
