5..Storage and processing of the raw material
A.Sand (Fly ash)
The sand is bought according to requirements. When transported to the factory, it should be stored by classification. After sampling analysis, sand of different quality is allocated . Then it will be transported by the conveyor, grinding head hopper, and the electromagnetic vibrating feeder into ball milling machine to make into slurry. It is automatic feeding controlled by the control system and uses the slurry densitometer to monitor the density of the slurry. Feedback control the speed of inflow of sand and water of the grinding machine to achieve the automatically control of slurry.
The grinded sand slurry (fly ash) should be mixed with the industry waste slurry to make up the required density, and stored in the silo of 50 m3. When used, it is conveyed to the slurry silo of the batching building for spare by slurry pump.
B. Lime
The block lime is transported into the factory by dump trucks and unloaded into the lime store. Then it is broken by the jaw crusher and stored in the lime grinding head store through bucket elevator. When grinding, the lime is transported into ball mill by the feeding machine on the base of the store. The grinded lime is sent into the bucket elevator by the screw conveyor at the exit of the ball mill. Then it is sent into the lime powder store for spare by the bucket elevator. The silo should be set up an alarm whether it full or empty.
C. Gypsum
Using the gypsum (block gypsum CaSO4·2H2O), after the sampling analysis of gypsum and lime, according to designed proportion, feeding the material into lime treading system to crush and grind. Actual operation according to the procedure of implementation; When the industrial waste gypsum is used (generally powdery gypsum, CaSO4·2H2O), it should be transport into sand treading system to grind.
D. Cement
Cement is transported by bulk cement truck into factory. It is transported into cement silo using air conveyor device of the truck directly. The silo should set up an alarm whether it is full or empty.
E.Aluminum paste
Packaged aluminum paste is bought and placed in aluminum storehouse. When used, it is transported to storied building by electric hoist crane. After measured, it is put into aluminum measuring mixer for usage. When used, it is measured by the aluminum scale attached to the mixer. Then it is put into the pour mixer. The process of aluminum suspension will be made after the parameters by automatic control system completed.
F. Admixtures
Admixtures are purchased from professional manufacturer. Based on the ingredients, they are stored in bags. They are feed by labour. When necessary, it is can be stalled the automatic control agitation systems for the realization of self-control.
G.Scrap, waste slurry
The scrap cut from the cutting line and the waste produced when overturn, fall down on the bottom of the chute, then are pushed to the base of the cutting machine. Finally after pulped to a certain concentration, it was transported to the waste slurry storage tank by the vertical mud pump and mixed with sands according to the proportion and sent to the pulp storage tanks again. Waste pulp concentration is controlled by the density spectrometer. When the density is low, the control system make the waste slurry cycle in the waste slurry pool. And when the density arrives at the standard, the waste slurry is transported to the waste slurry tank.
