Working principle for charcoal press equipment :

Wood briquetting machine is mainly using to processing sawdust, straw, rice husks and other materials. Under high pressure and temperature, converting substantial biomass or wood wastes into high density and energy concentrated hollow biomass fuel briquettes (half charcoal stick).

During the briquette processing, no need to use binder and noxious chemical, therefore suppress good wooden stick in the combustion heat, pollution free, and the finished rod could be round, square, the diameter is 50 to 80mm, and then loaded charring furnace and carbonization kiln for carbonization.

Final product for charcoal press equipments :

1.Out diameter of final briquettes is: 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 80mm, 90mm, 100mm. 

2.The available shape: square, hexagonal, pentagon, pentagon with edge, hexagon with edge;
