3. what are the wearing parts of your machine and their working life?

There are two important parts: one is mold, the other is roller shell.

Mold working life:800-1000hours

Roller shell working life:700-800hours

4. what is requirements of your raw material?

a. moisture content less than 15%

b. feeding length size:less than 8mm

5. what is machine for the whole pellets making line?

a. if length bigger than 8mm, it needs wood chipper for first crushing, then hammer mill for second crushing, making into sawdust for pelletizing directly.

b. if moisture content is more than 15%, it needs dryer or drying in the sun.

c.cooler: after pelletizing process, if you want to pack pellets directly, we suggest cooler, otherwise, put pellets aside and making cooling in nature.

d.packing machine: you can pack pellets by this machine or by manual.
