Application of Coal Dryer Machine:

Advantages of Coal Dryer Machine:

In order to increase the material evenly distributed in the rotor parts of the cross section in good contact with the drying medium, in the cylinder body installation raise plates.There are several types of raise plate.
1). Lifting type: For large or easy to bond the material in the tube wall.
2).Four formats type: Suitable for big density, not crisp or not easily scattered materials.The raise plate will be divided into four pane,and were mutually connected fan-shaped workout room, Materials and the contact surface of the hot gas than large of the lifting type, And also can increase of the filling material rate and reduce material landing height and reduce dust quantity loss and so on.
3).Cross-shaped or frame-shaped:applicable to brittle and easy dispersion small pieces of material,make the material can be evenly dispersed in cylinder whole section.
4).Sleeve type:For double entry Heat transfer for the double (or half the diameter heating) rotary drum dryer raise plate

Main parts of Coal Dryer Machine:

The Rotary Dryer consists of the cylinder, before and after the roller circle, a large gear, gear roll, drag roller, a small gear, a feeding device, lifting plate, reducer, motor, feeding device and other components. Furnace can be designed according to user needs, the combustion chamber, bucket elevator, belt conveyor, feeder, dust and other system equipments.

Working principle of Coal Dryer Machine:

The raw material plate which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles in order, throws moisture materials into the rotary cylinder. Then water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flow and changed into vapour to be discharged into the atmosphere. Then the materials would be dried.

Rotary Dryer heating source: coal, coal gas, natural gas, LPG gas, wood, and etc.

Rotary Dryer Mode of flow: direct flow or counter flow. It is based on the different materials.
