1.the new-type unilarteral single-drive double-sliding bearings ball maks it has the excellent lubrication effect, light weight, easy replacement and convenient maintenance.

2.Y-type sealing is adopted between sliding shoe cover and sliding ringmwhich simplifies the structure simpler and betters the sealing performance.

3.Cylinder mill door is of outer type with optimum structure, which makes it possible to adopt lining plate of uniform specifications inside the cylinder without specially allocating lining plate at in-hole door.

4.Only new-type grading lining plate and standard stepped lining plates are adopted inside the cylinder to increase the grinding surface area of the materials and make the grading effect better and the later maintenance and replacement more convenient.

5.we adopt new-type compartment structure in which adjustable raising plate and fixed raising plate and a materials lifting ladle to effectively improve the feeding capacity and make it easier for installtaion and maintenance.

The Ball Mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly.

There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber.

The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
