The Working Process and Funtion Features of rotary kiln cooler machine for cement plant  :

The function of the cooler is to help clinker (1000°C-1200°C) from the rotary kiln make full heat exchange with air through rotation of the cylinder body.

In this way, clinker will be cooled down below 200°C, and the quality and grindality of the clinker will be improved.

After the materials are cooled, the air enters into kiln and be used as secondary circulating air, which improves the thermal efficiency of kiln. It can efficiently improve the material’s grindability and reduce the grinding power consumption.  It is an important supporting device of rotary kiln.

Application of rotary kiln cooler machine for cement plant:
