Vibrating feeder 

 

For the purpose of not affecting the performance, intercept mineral board shall not be fixed to the plate on the tank. To enable a smooth discharge silo, the inclination of silo posterior is best between 55-65 degrees.

 

  Vibrating feeders are also known as vibration feeders. They work by providing a linear transportation in the form of a mechanical vibration spring belt. Traditionally vibration feeders were merely a shaking belt conveyor. Nowadays a vibrating conveyor can also sift and sort materials thanks to the addition of screens. Thanks to this vibration feeders are used in mining, foundries and forestry. They are also used in scrap reclamation.
