Crawler Type Mobile Crushing Plant

 

Description:

Crawler Type Mobile Crushing Plant is mainly used in high-mobility projects such as highway, airfield runway, mining, building and hydroelectric projects where equipment moving is needed. Users can adopt different crushing plants according to materials to be crushed.

This plant is flexible for installation. Structure:

All parts of the crawler type mobile crushing plant are integrally mounted, including firm frame, jaw crusher, feeder, vibrating screen, conveyor belt, motor and control cabinet, etc.

 

Working Principle:

After the materials are conveyed evenly into the crusher by the feeder and crushed by the jaw crusher, a close-circuit system forms through circulate vibrating screen to realize the cycle crushing. The finished materials will be discharged through conveyor for continuous crushing. Circulate vibrating screen can be removed according to the actual production demand so as to realize direct primary crushing.
