Spindle unit

• The spindle is made of high quality 45 # alloy steel forgings. The manufacture of whole forging flange is fixed the problem of running or loosening keyway which caused by positive and negative operation of hoist. It greatly improves and reduces the safety of the hoisting machine and maintenance costs. With two NDT testing, it proceeded. Its carrying capacity and torque were greater than 650KN, and mechanical performance test in accordance with national standards.

• Spindle unit bearing adopts double row centripetal spherical roller bearing. The bearing with high carrying capacity and stable operation.

•  The materials of winch drum uses 16Mn and thickness of 30mm steel. Intrinsically Safe console

    Console is the control center of winch, the manipulation of winch at runtime is controlled by the operating table. Power switch, AC and DC voltmeter, AC ammeter, various manipulation buttons, knobs and LEDs are equipped on the console slant board, In the console horizontal plate, it is equipped with master controller and joystick. The lower part of the handlebars is connected with the work brake mechanism. In the lower part of the console, it is equipped with a foot switch, foot switch and internal electrical lines in the console connected.

     Hoist’s running is manipulated by the master controller. Working braking is achieved by operating the handle; Press the foot switch, you can achieve safe braking in emergency situation. Console needs be operated according to the electrical control system’s requirements.

Reducer

• Type: planetary reducer

Disc brake

• Disc brake with rear fuel tank normally closed type, butterfly spring brake, oil pressure opening gate, the brake is designed braking in the form of anti-designing.
