About the waste water treatment plant

As we all know, a certain degree of standardization design and equipment is an effective means to reduce cost and improve efficiency in the sewage / effluent / wastewater treatment industry.

In 70s , developed countries such as Germany , France , the Czech republic began to adopt new equipment , new materials and new technology to build and design the sewage and industrial wastewater treatment project. And the glass fused to steel tank is one of them.

Using a special technology and equipment to develop the enamel steel into a reactor with volume 20 -18000 m3. After decades of engineering validation , this technology has been proofed to has below advantages : short construction period, low cost, strong corrosion resistance , arbitrary expansion and mobile etc.

The enamle steel tank is the only tank finish where two materials are fused together to achieve the best of both: the strength and flexibility of the steel combined with the corrosion resistance of the glass. The high temperature fusion of glass to steel fired at 850 degree results in an inert, durable finish. Applied to both interior and exterior, the GFS technology is able to withstand the rigours of the construction site and provide many years of trouble free service in harsh environments.

In water and waste water treatment and biogas project, GFS tank has been widely used as various aerobic and anaerobic reactors of UASB,EGSB,SBR,BAF,USR,CSTR, and equalization tank,Clarifier, sludge holding tank, etc.

Packaging & Shipping

Double checking is required before packaging, confirm the plate’s code and quality. The steel plates is separated with each other by PE foam, to avoid any damage on the coating surface. And the whole pallet steels packed in wooden case.
