The aquaculture storage silos/ tanks , also called glass fused to steel tank which is a unique tank finish. Two materials are fused together to achieve the best properties of both : the strength and flexibility of steel combined with the corrosion resistance of glass. The enamel is applied to both interior and exterior surfaces , makes the steel have beautiful appearance , delicate texture , and strong abrasion / corrosion resistance.

The glass fused to steel tank (GFS tanks) consist of :

1. Enamel coating steel sheet : double coating with thickness 0.25 ~ 0.40mm. Offering beautiful appearance and strong resistance to corrosion, abrasion and static.

Packaging & Shipping

Packing

Double checking is required before packaging, confirm the plate’s code and quality. The enamel steel plates is separated with each other by PE foam, to avoid any damage on the coating surface. And the whole pallet steels packed in wooden case.
