Shijiazhuang Center Enamel Inc. has been dedicated in enamel products industry since 1989.

We are the first one in China to research out hot-rolled sheet that is double-side enameled, we are also the largest and most professional manufactoy of the glass fused to steel tank in China. In wastewater treatment and biogas project, the enamel bolted tank has been widely used in various aerobic and anaerobic reactors of UASB, EGSB,SBR,BAF,USR,CSTR etc.

Center enamel Inc. possesses advanced enameling technology and more than 20 years experience. Steels show good chemical and physical performance because it contains titanium. Furthermore, the superfine glass foam-like structure of the enameling layer, enable the materials’ excellent flexibility and durability.

* Raw materials testing in the factory:ingredient analysis, impurities test;

* Recipe finalized small samples test : enamel fluidity test, chromatic difference analysis, enamel burning experiment , acid and alkali resistance testing, glossy, adhesion etc,

* Middle stage products test :amplification experiment simulated environment;

* Destructive testing, detection , impact test, sparks test, sliced electric microscope analysis
