Advantages of hammer mill:

1. It is used for grinding raw materials by large and medium livestock and aqua feed mills. It can also be used for grass and pharmacy fine grinding. The granular raw materials, such as corn, sorghum, wheat, beans, etc can be grinded;
2. It is derived from tear circle type hammer mill and efficiency can be improved by 45%-90% comparing to universal hammer mill;
3. It can produce qualified aqua feed under full load with semidiameter0.8,semidiameter1 screen and reduce jam significantly. Both coarse and fine grinding can be realized without changing screens;
4. The right aspiration can make materials go through screen quickly, reduce temperature of grinding chamber and increase output effectively.

• A complete set of fertilizer production line with capacity of 10tph was exported to South Korea in 2008;
• A complete set of pulverized coal pellet production line with capacity of 30t/h was exported to South Africa in 2009.
• Three complete sets of feed production lines were exported to Egypt with capacity of 10tph, 15tph and 20tph respectively from 2010 to 2012.
