Car chassis power took out by taking power device drive the variable pump of hydraulic system, in this process, the mechanical energy transforms into hydraulic energy , then pass to quantitative motor. Motor drive the reduction gears, the reduction gears drive churn-dasher, finally the  concrete begins mix.

 

3. Announcements of concrete truck mixer

1) wash feed port before each loading, ensure feed port moist during loading.

2) Cleaning water tank filled with water during loading.

3) flushing the feed port and discharge chute after loading, then add clean water in the concrete tank within 30-40 L. In the car on the way to keep the concrete drum rotating slowly.

4) Put off sewage in concrete tank before next using.

5) cleaning concrete tank thoroughly, ensure don't lump with cement and concrete
