Large portable concrete placing pump is designed for tall buildings, roads, bridges and other large concrete construction engineering project. It works with high efficiency, stable delivery, long distance transportation and small concrete slump.

Cooling system of concrete placing pump:

The forced air cooling radiator device, ensure the hydraulic system of working oil temperature control in normal operating range, in order to protect the host hydraulic system in normal working condition.

Lubrication system of concrete placing pump:

Equipped with filter, avoid blocking due to dirty oil; blocking automatic display, ensure the concrete does not flow backwards, and the reliable lubricating system extends the service life of S valve.

Hydraulic system of concrete placing pump:

A. Adopt open circuit hydraulic system, easily fault diagnosis and troubleshooting;

B. Decompression control to the pilot valve, avoiding impact from the commutation;

C. Pump hydraulic system with safely overflow protection;

D. The oscillating circuit works under constant pressure pump, powerful oscillating and energy-saving.

Distribution valve system of concrete placing pump:

A. The unique mechanic structure isolate the hydraulic motor and mixing bearing seat, equips two motors to ensure enough power;
