Introduction of cement silo

Cement silo is a kind of enclosed storage tank, suitable for storage of food variety of bulk materials such as fly ash, cement 

tank equipped with a grain of a system. Material level system is installed in the tanks, which can show the position and quantity 

of the materials. The hole device can clear up hard materials from long sediment. The materials can be sent to all the positions 

with the combination of cement bin and screw conveyer pump. Easy installation with its characteristics of safety and reliability 

makes it an ideal cement bin for the concrete mixing plant.

Components of cement silo 

Cement bin composed by warehouse steel structure part, ladder stand, guard bar, feeding tube, dust remover, pop-off valve, high and low material level meter, discharge valve and so on.

Working mechanism of cement silo 

1) When cement bin work, it must be set up by special crane, and then put it into the fine prefabricated concrete foundation in 

advance, and check the verticality of the cement bin with horizontal plane, and then the bottom with the base welding embedded 

firmly.

2) After storage bin fixed well, the cement transports by bulk cement truck to construction site, connect bulk cement 

truck delivery line with cement silo feeding line, then the cement can be transported in the cement bin by the gas 

pressure bulk cement truck.
