1. Introduction and Application

All 304 stainless steel, compliance with GMP requirements. It is mainly used for pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry.

 

2.Working Principle

This machine use the relative motion of the active gear and fixed gear, or high speed impact, knock, collision on material by the hammer and then the material in crushing cavity to be broken, crushed. This machine is equipped with screen, which can be replaced by customer requirements.

When the material is crushed to less than the sieve diameter, the power out of the sieve, falling into the bottom of the set of drums, and the dust flying in the barrel be inhaled through the dust remove motor into the dust bag filter, air is exhausted outside by the fan.

 

3.Characteristics of the machine:

(1)Simple structure, crushing chamber easy to be load or taken apart, easy to clean.

(2)Smooth operation, low noise and little vibration.

(3)Easy to operate, replacing the screen can control the particle size.

 

4.Note Items:

(1)Installing the appropriate circuit breaker when connect external power supply according to power of the machine. This can automatically cut off power when the machine load and current are too large to protect the motor.

(2)Ensure that the machine be supervised at work.

(3)This machine grind material particles should not be too large, if the case of boring machine(the machine load is too large cause running speed significantly slow or passive stop running), should cut off power at once.

(4)If the crushed particles are too large, should first use the universal crusher broken, and then use this grinding machine.
