-- work theories and usage:

The 2 pairs of rollers will press and shear to the raw materials, which will get the goal of  the final smoothy powder . The materials discharged from the rollers will enter to the prolonged cylinder to sift. The qualified mesh powder will be packed, and the unqualified powder will be sent to the roller again by the auger automatically.

Installation:

Installed the mill body (inlays 2 pair of rollers) on the bottom case, and then put the transparent hopper on the top. Fix the cone hopper under the bottom of the mill body, and then connect the pipe and cyclone. Put the wind stopping device under the cyclone, the under month of the wind stopping device will connect with the inlet of the cylinder sieve. Then put the cylinder sieve connect with the auger cone hoper, and put the auger upper hopper connect with the cone hopper.

Notice:

Keep hands out off the rollers.

The rollers are not allowed to touch directly.

Overloaded running prohibited.

If there were too low powder yield, please check if the cylinder sieve were blocked or not. You can use the brushes to clear if the sieve was blocked.

It can be connected by conveyers, which is very convenient; also it can be moved manually, which is more flexible. Since you asked for a single BCH200 grinder line, it’s better choose the flexible way.   

• Is it possible chili powder leaking from the equipment to the air and how to prevent?

We have dust remover port on the grinder; you can fix a dust remover bag cloth on the port, or lead this port out of the workshop.
