Horizontal hopper in fully welded construction.Complete silo system assembled on a common flat rack hook container .Alternatively the silo can be delivered mounted on a bogile trailer or flat rack trailer .Designed for easy flowing materials such as portland cement with a bulk desity of 1:1.3ton/m3.The cement silo is delivered complete with cement discharge,screw conveyor for transport of cement at the bottom of the silio ,cement injection,grida for cement inlet ,cutters for big bags,top hatches,electric external motor vibrators,self cleaning dust filter ,standard silo equipment,lifting devices for easy transporation and control unit.

dust collector :we have two type dust collector ,one is vibrator type ,the other one is air jet type

pressure relief valve(essential) :it work when the dust collector do not work,this is the second security line of silo,ensure the

cement silo will not exported bacause of gas pressure is too bag.

vibrator(essential ) :breaking arch structure

level switch(essential ):it can roughly estimated how much of the material in the silo

butterfly valve :it can be choose of penumatic type and mannual type

air collector (optional ):if you choose the discharging way is pneumatic butterfly valve(the other way is mannual buttrefly
