3.Installation workers:
2-3 peoples

We test many times to install this silo,

In the first time, we three girls install it use 7hours,

The second time, we three girls install it use half-day;

The third time, we two girls install it use 4hours;

We take apart this mini silo sample use 3hours;

Installation

TSE 1ton mini silo sample for grain storage roof installation-----one people need

TSE 1ton mini silo sample roof installation include: two pcs silo roof sheets, one set inlet

First, we should install the two pics silo roof sheets, silo sheets connect turn as follow:
After finish the silo sheets installation, put the silo roof sheets on the inlet, the bolts holes of the inlet and silo roof sheets connection as follow:

TSE 1ton mini silo sample for grain storage body installation------two people need

TSE 1ton mini silo sample body installation include: three pcs silo body sheets,

four pcs silo eave angle iron

Three pcs silo body sheets installation turn as follow:

Note:
1.Install the silo sheets vertically;
2.During the silo installation, we don't need install every bolts one by one from top to the bottom,
we can install it alternately, after the three pcs sheets become a round, we install the rest
bolts holes;
3. After finish installing the three silo body sheets, pls fix the bolts and nuts with the electric spanner;
4. During the silo installation, we don't need install the bolts holes on the up and down edges of
the sheets,
5.During the installation, one people install bolts outside the round silo, one people install the
nuts inside the silo.

6.Silo eave angle iron installation turn as follow:
7.On the sheets, except the four pcs silo eave angle iron holes, the rest bolts holes can be
installed directly, and fix it with the electric spanner;

TSE 1ton mini silo sample bottom installation include: four pcs silo hopper sheets; one set outlet

Silo hopper sheets connection turn as follow:

Note:
1.Invert the silo body vertically, easy to install the hopper sheets;
2.Pls don't install the bolts holes on the edge;
3.Pls don't fix the bolts and nuts directly with the electric spanner;

4. After install the silo hopper sheets, put the silo horizontally, install the silo outlet from the
silo inside, installation details as follow:

5.After finish the installation of the silo hopper sheets and outlet, pls fix all the bolts and nuts with
the electric spanner;
6.During the installation, one people install bolts outside the round silo, one people install the
nuts inside the silo, be safe!

The wheels are flexible to move on any ground, cement ground, soil ground etc.

Meanwhile there is a switch on the wheels, you can fix the silo wheels when install it and use the silos; Open the switch, when you want to move the silos;

If you want to change the wheels to any types, that's ok, pls tell me, we will design accordingly;
