We produce chenille yarn 20 tons per day as below:

1) It can be 100% Acrylic, 100% Rayon, 100% Polyester, 100% Cotton, Polyester/Polyamide and others.

2) It can be rawwhite, solid dyed and space dyed.

3) It can be space dyed after or before chenille yarn is produced.

Our chenille yarn has followed ways to be packaged.

1. It is rawwhite in hank in polybag in bale.

2. It is rawwhite on small paper cone in plastic bag.

    It is about 1.5kgs net weight per paper cone.                          The package of 1.5kgs net weight paper cone in plastic bag.

3. It is rawwhite on big paper cone in plastic bag.

    It is about 3kgs net weight per paper cone.                              The package of 3kgs net weight big paper cones in plastic bag.

4. It is rawwhite on plastic dyeing bobbin.

    It is about 2.5kgs net weight per plastic dyeing bobbin.             Our plastic bobbins with chenille yarn are on pallets.

    The diameter of plastic dyeing bobbin is 22cm. 

5. It is solid dyed on small paper cone in carton.

     It is solid dyed on small paper cone.                                         Solid dyed chenille yarns are packed in cartons.

6. Our chenille yarns are in balls for hand knitting.
