◆ Tips for Water solube thread's application !

Areas of Application

Use Our water soluble yarn to hold and secure fabric formation prior to final stitching for:

1. Waistband pleats

2. Difficult to handle small parts

3. Joining slippery fabrics or fabrics with different stretch properties

Once final stitching is finished, the stitches will dissolve and disappear at wet treatment.

Water soluble yarn is particularly useful for stretch fabrics and is a solution to the potential issue of stitch cracking sound when trying on the garment, caused by thread breakage of non-removed temporary stitching thread.

◆How PVA yarn Separation of cow shutter lace?

Weave the water soluble yarn into lace fabric, to work out the effect of cow shutter knitted fabrics. Specific usage: 1) Double the cow shutter clothing during weaving the lace fabric, knit the edge by water soluble yarn. 2) Put the finished lace fabric into certain temperature’s water to dissolve the water soluble yarn to reach the stereo effect. Advantage: Simplify the process procedure, save time and labor also the cost.
