3. Using Guide 

3.1 Before using, please check this product carefully. Left is orange, right is blue. Installed on the inside of foot. 

3.2 Put foot strap in arch of foot, adjust the straps to adapt to your footwear. It allows the height to be altered. (lower position for more power, higher position for better comfort.) (Image 1)

3.3 Push the cam and install rope. It can to ascension together with handled ascender and chest ascender. (Image 2, 3). 

3.4 When stop descension, open the trigger, take out rope from rope slot. (Image 4), or make backward kicking, safety rope would slide away from rope slot. (Image 5)
