Plastic rope production line

Many kinds of specification of twisted rope for 3-strand or 4-strand can be made by this machine. It is suitable for rope production of different material,such as HDPE&PP monofilament, danline, polyester ,nylon, cotton and other synthetic material.

This machine is equipped with frequency converter, length counter, overtravel-limit switch and auto-stop device at preset length.It is easy to adjust the rope tensility and change the direction of twist and lay length.

It can make 3&4 strands rope, diameter from 3mm to 60mm.

Application materials

PE, PP, PET, NYLON,COTTON and so on. production of 3 and 4 strands ropes 3 to 60 mm diameter, in syntethic and natural fibres.
