PP PE monofilament yarn extruding machine

Usage:

This set of machine is a professional yarn drawing line, which is mainly used for producing PP, HDPE monofilament yarn used for making rope, twine, fishing net, etc...

Characters:

This line consists of extruder, the first stretching device, heating extension board, the second stretching device and coiling machine. The matching devices for production process are complete, so it can continuously finish the whole procedures from putting material to coil yarn onto bobbins...

According to different technological requirements, set and automatically control the heating temperature of screw cylinder and die head. The temperature can be adjusted according to different kinds of materials.

Adopts rotating needle roller, which can split the stretched yarns into net shape in order to make the yarns soft during next procedure of making ropes.

About shipment

Small machines,    small quantity,      10-15 days. 

Big machines,      small quantity,      20-30days.

Production line,     or big quantity,     30-45 days.  

According to different machines, we adopt nude package or plywood cases.

Installation and testing

We dispatch engineer go abroad for installation and testing machine until machine working successfully when machine reach to buyer’s factory, or according to buyer’s arrangement.

Buyer should take the responsibility for engineer’s round-journey ticket, room and board there, cost for visa, and arrange a translator. If need engineer supply train, buyer should pay salary $60 per day.

Preparation before start the machine

The equipment must be fixed on reliable ground.

Check whether the chain is loose or not

Check whether the electronic organ and wire is normal or not

Check whether all the doors are closed suitably or not

Check whether power voltage is normal or not.

Fill in lubricate oil and engine oil before testing the machine

Machine maintenance

Lubricate oil must be filled in each transmitting parts timely (twice every week at least); grease must be filled in the bearings (twice every week at least).

Check whether the chain, transmitting belt, screw are loose or not every shift.

Check motor and listen to the running sound to see it in good condition or not.

Machine stop, pls clean up waste material and sundries under cooling condition on time.

Customer’s service

Warranty period of one year. Within one year the main components of the machine problems, we provide replaced spare parts (except for the improper operation of the buyer); if technical problem can be solved by buyer, we can supply solution by email or phone. For operating problem occurred during production, you can contact with us at any time.
